Not sure how to read, is it 12 strips all together or 12 strips of each of the three? I am going to try, just not tonight.

Found the answer. I watched the video again and she said 36 strips. Thanks anyways.

Cool video. You could also use her method for other purses an add a zipper & handles instead of the pull cords.
