    JellyCake Club

I am hooked on jelly rolls, layer cakes, charm packs any precut! It makes piecing for me so much easier. I have a die cutter I use in addition to precuts. I am rotary cutter challenged. Anyway, in my search to find cheaper precuts I stumbled across a website: http://www.greenfairyquilts.com/ they have a jelly/cake club it's a monthly subscription you get:
    1 jelly roll
    1 layer cake
    2 charm packs
    and free shipping
you even get to pick your own! How cool is that! Thought I would share my find with all of you.

$69 a month! For that package......and as with MSQC patterns one still needs to cut additional yardage........for borders, sashes, bindings........too pricey for me.....I just use my GO or rotary/mat for projects, but to each his own.

Might seem like a lot, but since you can pick and coordinate, jelly rolls can be used as sashing and binding, charms and cakes can make a lot of different blocks, so you could get a nice size quilt and not have to add anything else to it. So it's not such a bad deal money wise. If I used more pre-cuts I would consider it, but like you said to each his own

I work 50+ hours a week precuts are such a time saver. I can enjoy piecing without having to do a lot of cutting even with a die cutter I have found u need a little prep work to get beautiful cuts.

When I worked, precuts would have helped me get more sewing time. Precuts weren't on the scene so much at that time. It certainly makes sense for those working long hours to find a way to cut down on the prep and get to the fun! Enjoy the fun, Elizabeth!

I have bought way too much from them ! It's a very good company to do business with and I am more than happy with everything I have bought. I think they also have a big sale the day after Thanksgiving, I mean it's a huge sale.

Sign up for their email & you are notified of their sales. Sometimes they have Aurifil thread sets on sale & the neutral set always sells out fast. Saw the sale 1 AM, went to work & wanted to order in the evening & they were sold out. Finally did get a set & love it. Great place to shop.
