Default Keeping bobbins neat.

Just saw this site with great idea for keeping the bobbins neat when stored.

That is a great idea! Thank you for sharing, I pinned it so I wouldn't forget it. I have a great thread holder and now my bobbins may stay neat.

I use the small pony tail elastics. Found a bag of 300 at the dollar store.

Thanks for the Idea, I am having DH make a bobbin holder that I saw on a Tatting site and this will keep them all nice and neat.

That is the best idea ever. I will be making it in the next few days, because I hate those wild threads being all over the place. Thank you so much for sharing.

I want to try this. My bobbins are always a mess and they would make great little gifts too. Thanks!

I saw this tip on Fons and Poreter a few months ago. I had some of the tubing I had been using fkr bag handles. They work really great and inexpensive also.

I also use the tubing that is bigger around (little harder to cut) to keep my embroidery thread wound.

I like this idea ... and already have a ton of that tubing (we use it in our business). I currently use the little fuzzy pony tail holders but they don't wrap as tight, stretch eventually, and you can't see through them. My husband always has some off-cuts of the clear plastic tubing so I'm going dumpster diving at our shop tomorrow!!

Gosh ... I can even use a sharpie to write the thread weight on them so I don't grab a 60wt when I wanted a 50wt!!
