I've been on the phone several times with Keepsake quilting's (1-800-865-9458) customer service.
I placed an order on the 16th. I did not get a confirmation notice like usual, so I phoned and was told
that they had a major glitch in their web ordering portion of the website. So, if you ordered and DID NOT
get a confirmation notice that your order went through, you need to call them. If you got a confirmation
with an order number, you need to check on their web site, to make sure your order went through.
