    Kona Cotton for $2.87 / yd

    I was looking at the Craftsy.com clearance yesterday and found the kit associated with Pictures to Pixel Quilts was marked down to $28.70. It shows the kit comes with 10 yards of Kona Cotton. I'm taking a chance to see what I get.

    WOW, that is below the actual wholesale cost of Kona cotton. If it is first quality fabric, that is a steal !!

    Looks like a great deal to get some Kona basic colors. Looks like Kona Snow and some varying colors of gray, some black and green. Let us know what you get.

    Yeah! I got my fabric today. The results are in and i'm very pleased. I received:
    4" x WOF of three green shades
    1/2 yd dark gray
    1/2 yd med gray
    1 + 1/4 yard pepper (black) - the 1/4 yard was shipped seperately
    7.6 yards of snow (in two pieces 3.2 and 4.4 yds) -- what I was hoping for!!!!

    Thank you very much for the information. I use black very unfrequently in my quilts so I was afraid to order this kit not knowing how much yardage there would be. Knowing the exact composition made me push the buy button!

    awesome!! they have different packages for kona cotton! I think I will give it a try and see how international shipping goes.
