I have over a 1000 designs on my pc and they all downloaded as a zip file so that isn't the problem. Plus with my pc, I don't have to unzip my files, I have them in my 5D organizer and click on the zip folder and they all show up in the preview screen and then I copy them into a folder for each topic. I always keep the orginal in the zip folder in case I need it. My laptop is large enough that it'll take yrs to fill it up and way before then I'll have a newer one.

The first time the file that did download wasn't even the right size, and it was complete in a minute or two. Since it didn't complete it shows up as an invalid file. The second time it did nothing at all but my option to download went away. That's why I emailed them to get them to reset it so that I could try again. I read the emails others had sent them about not getting their designs so I told them that if I didn't hear back from them that day I'd cancel the order. I don't have the funds to put out there and get nothing. She was offended that I said that and refunded my money and locked me out of the site. I did nothing wrong except want my designs that I paid for in good faith.

I work with computers for a living so downloading I can do it in my sleep and my internet and pc are both fast enough to accept them. I didn't care how long it would take.

It's all good. I found out after that about Watts and ordered the CD, got a really nice email from her. I also found out about julias needles and got some freebees and then with 80% sale got alot more. I'm checking out anothe site EmbroideryDK, that you can join for $8 a month, and download everything they have and lots of projects as well. You can cancel at anytime so there is no obligation. I want to check out the designs more to see what they have but so far it's looking good and they have some cute projects as well. I'll be telling my teacher about that one.

I always order from http://juliasneedledesigns.com . They are fantastic and offered in most formats.
She will occasionally add a free set to her site. Right now she is running a special.

She will pick several sets, mark them as Dollar Designs. It is a great time to stock up. Check out her site the special is now.

I have bought designs from this site before and they stitched out beautifully. She is closing her site and is offering everything she has ever digitized for $5.50!! It's only for two more days as she is not taking any more orders after September 4 and her site closes September 11. I believe it is 8 years of designs. You can download them by collections or by themes.
IF you purchase this download, which I did, be sure to download the "Complete Catalog". Otherwise, you're going to have problems finding the design you want.

I get my designs from www.embroiderylibrary. I have found that in purchasing cd they only have maybe 6 that are different designs and then they will flip the design and call that another design. And how many on any given cd do you really like all the designs? That is why I purchase from this site as I can buy what I want/need and they are very reasonable. I also will wait until they have sales and keep the designs I want listed on my wishlist!

I am only a happy customer and not affiliated.

I ordered this morning and was given nowhere to go to the download. I emailed her and have had no reply. Maybe I will get one.

Default Emb. designs

I also, bought the designs and when I said I couldn't download them and said I'd wasted my money. She said I was rude. She did send me a different link to download them and after hours of working at it I finally got them downloaded. But what a chore.

Thanks for mentioning to download the Complete Catalog. I did buy and download the designs and after reading your post went back to download the catalog. Where do you find the catalog? I can't seem to find it. Any help would be appreciated as I'd like to do this before she shuts down the site.

Just found it, yup, under Catalog Right where it should be!

That is what she said to me, that I was extremely rude; except for the fact that she posted it on Facebook. Then one of her friends said everyone is always trying to steal things and it was good that she got rid of the stealer. I wrote back wanting what I had paid for isn't stealing its just what I should expect. Ive found some really good buys in the past few days so I'm making out. Then today when I went to pay for my Florani class this month where along with education I'll also get 599.00 in free stuff I found out there will be another class being held in Oct. This class is so hard for stores to get in them but since they had a cancelation the store I went to was able to get it. Its 2 days of embroidering, they supply everything and you get a software package for free that is valued close to 300. I already use 5D pro but maybe I'll learn something good from this or maybe there will be parts of it easier to use. When you leave you have completed projects to take and alot more knowlege. I'm feeling pretty lucky since the mess with Tuckers.
