Default QOV recipient looking for Delaine M

This veteran received a quilt of valor while in a veteran's hospital and is looking for a woman, Delaine M. who made the quilt.
Green County is in upstate NY, near Binghamton.

I'm not sure they mean Greene County, New York. The paper may be from Johnson City, Tennessee. Odd that they don't mention the state clearly on their site.

Here on QB there is only one member listed as "Delaine". She joined in 2010 and while she has posted only rarely, her last activity was yesterday morning. I just sent her a PM telling her of this thread and the vet looking for Delaine M, should that be her.

I googled Mountain Home VA Medical Center, and it is located in Mountain Home, Tennessee. I also went to the QOV website and sent them the link to the article and asked if they could help this vet.
