    Mini Accent w/McCall's Quilting

In the Jan/Feb 2015 issue if McCall's Quilting (p.52), they will be starting Mini Madness Quilt Along video series beginning December 12. It appears these videos will be on small quilts or miniatures and free. The site: McCall'sQuilting.com/QuiltAlong It doesn't say once a month or any other reference to how often, or how many videos, so we'll just have to remind each other.

Anyone else interested in making mini quilts? Sounds very interesting me.

Hi Suz! Thanks for posting this, I am ready and willing to try! December 12th is the first. Let's try to remind each other and maybe others will jump on the wagon.

I'm interested, but don't count on me for reminders. I'm the worst :-(

If you follow this link http://www.mccallsquilting.com/MiniMadness and scroll to the bottom of the page, it lists all the dates and the information relating to the series. Looks like fun!

The following is part of the email I received today from McCall's:

Do you love miniature quilts? Are you curious about their current popularity? Would you like to try making a mini, but aren't quite sure where to begin? Our editors take you step by step through creating your own versions of not 1 but 4 different mini quilt projects in our next Quilt Along video series. Weekly lessons and printable instructions take you from fabric selection through the last binding stitches. Each video-plus-pattern lesson is FREE FOR 1 WEEK ONLY, and then available for purchase at QuiltandSewShop.com , so you'll want to keep up with these lessons as soon as they are released! Lesson 1 will be live December 12 through 18. Join the fun here, or explore the McCall's Quilting Quilt Along subscription offers at QNNtv.com.

Looks like a lot of fun. S

Checked it out and definitely interested. Hopefully I can remember it what with being so busy with the Christmas season preparations. Thanks for posting.
    Have a blessed day.
