I placed a order today with MSQC today at 10:50 am. I received a e mail stating my order was shipped at 2:26pm. I couldn't believe how fast that order was shipped. Today was free shipping.

They really are fast. The only times it seems to take longer is if you order several yardage cuts. I love to receive my order from them. The confirmation email is cute. The shipping notice is cute. And your paperwork has a quick handwritten note. I love the whole process! I want them to grow and thrive but I don't want to loose their unique customer service........

Fizzle, I so agree with everything you posted about MSQC. I find it a nice touch that they take the time to handwrite a little thank you on the invoice and the confirmation and shipping notices are so funny.

Dh and I just visited there - and the two young men who went from store to store to collect the fabric cut for shipping - sure where busy! They just kept going from one shop to the next. The store clerks work on cutting orders between walk in customers, so they all keep pretty busy!

Looking forward to visiting there with DIL this summer. The customer service is the greatest so know that a personal visit won't be disappointing.

I was there last summer at a trunk show. It didn't disappoint. The only problem was I kept drooling on the yards and yards of fabric. LOL.
I'm taking my sister this year, as she has not seen it. I understand they have 10-12 different shops now. Very impressive.

DH and I visited MSQC a couple summers ago. Fun shops and great employees. Have ordered too, and great service.

Just saw a video (new to me) with a different take on "play in the park". Loved it.
