I found great Visual Guides for beginners or for anyone that needs help in quilting. They print well for when you need a refresher course and were helpful to me.

I'm sorry, I don't know why you are not able to download it. I just click on each section and it comes up. Then I do a file save to my folder. Hope you are able to try again.
