Welcome to the Quilting Board!

I've been watching Nancy for years also, and enjoy all her shows and guess.![]()
I remember asking my Home Ec teacher why she taught us the hard way when Nancy did it much easier (some years after graduation)
My kids grew up watching Sewing with Nancy with me before they could watch the Sat morning cartoons.
Got fabric?
I learned to sew by teaching myself at about age nine. I married at age 16...and When Nancy Zieman's show came onto tv, I was thrilled. I learned so much from her. Have the books she authored...tailoring, etc. I do mostly quilting now...but still do some alterations & those books are a lifesaver at times. I have a store/shop now...so don't get to watch, but tape the shows and watch at night. I just rewatched all her 30 year anniversary shows...loved the flashbacks to the old shows. She could run all those old shows and they would still be up to date for how to sew today, as much as they were then. Kudos to you Nancy...wish you all the best.
I love Nancy too!!!! See her every Saturday AM 8:30 to 9:00 on PBS channel 2.

I watch Nancy every Saturday morning on PBS at 8 am....I love it...
I don't watch her because I work but my Mom who has never crafted a day in her life watches her! Which I think is hilarious since my Mom can't thread a needle. I think she just likes seeing the finished products.
I will watch her on youtube for directions.
I have been to her open houses in May and they are wonderful.
This is the link to the Wisconsin Public TV. It has the last 50 something episodes.
