A new auction site has been created just for sewists and quilters! It is a "penny auction" site.

The gentleman that created is lives in Florida. He is currently unemployed due to a job related accident. Hope you will check out the site and sign up. Help this guy and get some great bargains for a reward.

It seems you have to buy bids? I don't understand that. can someone clarify that? Thanks.

it takes a wee bit of getting used to. There is a tutorial on his website that can explain it a whole lot better then I can.Yes you have to purchase bids and each bid counts towards the price of the item and if you dont win the actual bid the funds you spent on bidding can be used towards the pruchase of said item. if not then you lose out on your fundings. like i say read his tutorial it realy helps.

It appears the shipping is high. $14.98 on some items, so with a 5 cent item winning bid, you end up paying $15.03. The shipping on ebay is also high for some items.
