I took a class recently from Victoria Findley Wolf from her new book "15 Minutes of Play"
She gives a new take on string quilts. The class was inspirational. Much of it was similar to the old way quilters used string quilting that is making fabric and then cutting into regular shapes. She is teaching around the country at the Original Sewing and Quilt Expo. I highly recommend checking out her technique. It is a great way to use up all those strings that we might toss away.
