What is a good source for rotary cutter blades at a reasonable price?

Amazon has a good collection of different brands. You can compare prices easy there.

I have been very lucky with EBay. I have ordered a few times over the years with different sellers. I always look for Olfa brand and normally have to purchase at least 10 at a time. I pay $2 per blade or less for 45mm.

I always buy them for my brand cutter and most times have a coupon. I have tried some of the other "bargain" brands and have always regretted it with exception of using the "bargain blades" for cutting paper.

I normally go to amazon, but I will try ebay. I only buy Olfa blades.
