Default New to me Attic Windows

Has anyone tried this technique for Attic Windows? It looks easy enough, and that might make me over-look the extra fabric it uses. Attic Windows is the second part of the video.

If you just wanted a plainish middle to your windows or flowers there is the same technique on quiltbug called spiders in the attic and whoop de do its free and it doesn't use any special tools , im sure if yah fiddle about a bit it might be possible to get a pic inserted , just another thought

This is a really neat technique, sort of a variation of the 5 minute block. I would never have thought of it. Thanks for the url.

Thanks for posting this. I have wanted to try the attic window but haven't had the courage yet. This looks like something I could attempt.
