I have ordered from Dick Blick for scrapbooking supplies and they were great but I found newspaper in the art supply section at Michaels. You could also check Hobby Lobby because they have a good art dept. It was a large pad that you just tore off the sheets.

Staples has newsprint but the size is always 1/2" too wide for my printer. I bought a ream of transparent vellum and that will last me for decades. It pulls away from the stitches clean with no bits left behind. If you find a good sale on lightweight transparent vellum online get it. It is not scrapbooking vellum you find in the stores.
