I finally found it, but it looks like it's only for the pinking blade(s). They might be closing them out. All the rest look to be normally priced. Good try, though, we always like to find bargains. Thanks for your effort.
The $18.29 price is for a 5ct package of Olfa 45mm regular blades as I just bought some. You can order them online and have them shipped to your local store for pickup which is what I did.
This is a good price for Olfa brand rotary blades.

I just checked Wawak.com and they have the Olfa 5 pk. for $16.85. If anyone buys from them.
