I wonder how you find part 2... Part 1 is not dated but at the bottom of the instruction it says "next week Part 2"
attitude is everything...the rest will fall into place.
Part 2 is here: http://lesantoniesblog.blogspot.com/...rats-2_11.html I searched until I found it....hope it opens for you.
A happy person is not a person in a certain set of circumstances, but rather a person with a certain set of attitudes. ~Hugh Downs
Some people are always grumbling because roses have thorns.I am thankful that thorns have roses.~Allophones Karr
The happiest people I know are those who lose themselves in the service of others." Gordon B Hinckley
"It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop." ~ Confucius
I notice that the outer triangles are cut so that the bias is on the outside of the block. Not good.
I wonder if her design is intended to have blunted center four patchs, there is no seam allowance allowed for nice points.

I like that, thank you for posting.
Interesting but you are right, your points would disappear when you sew the blocks together.
The blocks are set on point in a square so they would not have points. The only way the center would have points is if you set the whole square on point. Turn your head sideways and you will be able to see what I mean. It would be kind of neat to do it that way though.
