Midway down the page is the snowflake. Just click on download and then your computer should show you where it is download ing to or you can change it to where you want it to go. For the 12 free designs, click on it and when the new page comes up go to the left of the page and add it to your cart. You will then go to check out and be prompted to fill in your name and email. You do not have to open and account. Then another screen will come up and you click on check-out (or exit, I can't remember exactly what it says) and something will come up saying they are being sent to your email.
