Is it playing on tv now or is it just a DVD that you can buy?

I'd rather spend money on my quilting hobby than the therapist.... I'm probably $$$ ahead.... and I'm happy!!
In my area (Kentuckiana) it is running on TV.
We don't have it listed on our PBS down here near the Gulf. I'll keep an eye on it. They took Eleanor Burns show off and now have "Stitch 2 Fit".
This past winter, PBS on west coast ran the series for 5 or 6 weeks. I loved the show as it explained the history of quilts and the various design types. I enjoyed the segment of Gee's Bend quilts.
If it ever comes back on in So. CA would you please post so rest of us can watch it. I missed it and thats my favorite station. We have several PBS stations down here so need to know which one.
Thanks for the heads up, it's not on ours right now but I will keep my eye out for it!
I have the video and have watched it several times - always appreciating it more each time. It was made in 2008, but to my knowledge, it has never been broadcast in Philly. I loved the different points of view from the many artists, history professors, collectors, and museum curators. I highly recommend it.
Well, let's all contact our local bps stations and request an airing of this.....can't hurt to try
