I've seen that before, love it. I remember showing my husband some pics of it. It is adorable and very clever.
There was a similar one in Houston last year at the International Quilt Festival. I would say it was the same one, but I don't know that.

Yeah, she does!! But how does she get in and out of the car? Can't see myself being that frivolous with fabric and time, but to each her own. So I'll just smile and enjoy it.
