    I agree, too much for a pin cushion.....I have made wrist pin cushions but a lot simpler. Use a large plastic bottle cap, punch two holes thru bottom, either make fabric band or elastic, fill cap top with stuffing and cover with fabric-like a filled yo-yo, gle trim around edge of cap...glue "pin puff"into cap and a pin cushion is created.......
