I just ran across this ad on CraigsList. Holy cow!!!

http://chattanooga.craigslist.org/art/2102860860.html

I have a large lot of high quality quilting fabric from my sisters quilt store that closed down. There are over 2000 yards of fabric new and still on the bolts. The brands include: Moda, Marcus, Blank, Windham, South Seas, Free Spirit, Timeless Treasures, and more The retail value of the fabric is about $18,000, and the wholesale cost was almost $9,000. I am selling the lot for $7,000. You must buy the whole lot, I will not break it up, and I will only accept cash as payment.
Whew!!

Would be nice if a bunch of people could go in together on this. What a killing.

would kick in a 2-3 hundred!!! If you can get several of us
you could pull it off!!! You would have to take on all the work though of dividing fabrics up - I myself would just want about 3 yards of each. Of course I would also pay shipping!!! Why not do a post - I bet you could surely get some people on board with this!!! pm me if you decide to do this - if so I can contact some that I think may be interested Thanks cheryl :D

Looks like trisha sould be interested too!! (see post above) I wouldnt be interested in the homespun at all or backing fabric.
