Default A pretty quilt tute

I found this in a newsletter today and liked it so much I thought I'd share with you all. It's way beyond my skill level but very pretty when completed.

She sure picked the right name for the quilt: Meadow (of flowers). Too much applique for this old quilter.

What a refreshingly colorful quilt! Liked her appliqué method, too. Thanks for posting.

You would not have to do all the applique and you could use very large flowers

I really like this innovative twist on our favorite DP9. It adds so much interest to the quilt. I like her appliqued flowers-but- you could use the quilt style for all kinds of interesting applique. Wonderful crfeative background.
