The freezer paper sounds kinda expensive; I've taped two pieces together (to make it wider), for cheaper.

It is expensive! If you do a search for 60" butcher paper, you will find many cheaper sources. Butcher paper and freezer paper are the same thing, it's just called butcher paper in the trade and freezer paper by quilters and homemakers.

Cool tool! Hopefully won't ever have that much "unsewing" to do!

I worked in a butcher shop for many years, and yes, it's freezer and butcher paper, but beware. Some butcher paper does not have the slick, water repellant side to it. It's used to wrap meat that is pre-wrapped in a sheet of plastic wrap. It is not the same, and will not iron down to your fabric if it's not slick.

I think I will try some hair clippers first. The $3.00 a yard is a little less than buying a box of freezer paper in my area. Plus I have no need for super wide freezer paper that I know of.
