I'm so excited! I found this tip on how to organize my bobbins so they stay neat. My bobbin box was a mess until I found this link: http://sewing.patternreview.com/cgi-...iew.pl?ID=1813 . I went that same day to Lowe's and bought 3 feet of 3/8" plastic tubing, came home and cut it into pieces about 3/8". They work perfect around my bobbins, and they slide on and off very easily. My bobbins look so neat and organized now.

I use that too and have for several years now. Also I have seen the plastic spiral binding book pieces used. That works good too but not on my large size M bobbins.

THANKS FOR THE TIP. DH WORKS @ HARDWARE STORE. HE IS BUYING THIS FOR ME TOMORROW.

Very creative. I keep mine in small medicine bottles. Perfect size and recycles them also.

Wow, that is a great tip. I'm trying that one.

I have been doing this for some time now. It is amazing what we ladies will do to save money to buy our quilt fabric huh??

great tip, thanks.. I use that plastic tubing to remove the burned out light bulb from my machine.. they are so hard to remove and replace, but the tubing grabs them nicely and allows me to turn it, out for the old one, in for the new one.. Already have the tubing, I'll just trim it up so it's not so long... then my bobbins will be all happy too!!!
