There is even a letter you can click on that page that gives more info.

I was checking some old sites that I had visited and found that this shop is closing. Hopefully some of you live close enough to get some great deals and interesting items.

Thanks, my sister lives in Omaha so I sent her the link. Don't know if it is close enough for her to get to though.

That is too bad they are closing. Hope lots of people can take advantage of their closing sale.

There is a wonderful quilt shop in Gretna, NE. called the Quilted Moose, Gretna is about 30 miles from Omaha. The ladies that work in the shop are friendly and very helpful. The shop has thousands of bolts of beautiful fabric. I visited the store in May and again last week as I was staying at a campground near Gretna while traveling.

I've been to both shops many times. It's a shame the one in Plattsmouth is closing! It's a very large, well stocked fabric shop, but times are changing and so is the ability to buy "stash". I'm afraid we're going to see lots more of these businesses being forced to close their doors. I know I limit my "stash" shopping and only purchase what I need for a current project. I don't make...per hour....what these shops have to charge per yard. Guess we'll soon be back to making scrap quilts from discarded clothing...........
