Bernina Cutwork, Paintworks and Crystal Software

Very cool and the possibilities for quilting are endless. I doubt I'll buy it for my 830E, but wow. http://video.search.yahoo.com/video/...4cqr2&fr=aaplw

I have the cutwork needles with my Viking and its one of my favorite things to do. My grandkids love watching the needles cut the fabric, they also love the whole embroidery process. My 6yr old says its so cool how it does it all by itself. I tell him, yeah, it does it all by itself. I know that if I try to explain the whole process at this age we'll have hours of discussion and then he still won't fully understand. He's totally convinced that my one machine he could use all by himself because he's watched me enough but he says not on the other machine because he hasn't watched me enough. His favorite machine (that he hasn't even seen running) is my old treadle. As soon as he heard it ran without electric he was hooked and fascinated by that machine. I've told him I'll never get rid of it and it's his when he grows up. I told his mother the same thing; he loves my antique bedroom set that is eclectic but matches and my treadle all goes to him if something happens to me.
