I ran across this awesome and easy tutorial on how to decorate scissors on this wonderful blog.

Those are super cool! I'm thinking that one can use fabric instead of paper. My mind is going a mile a minute to see how many people I can gift with these!
I'm not quite sure what E6000 is, but I don't hang out in the craft sections of stores, either :-) |
E-6000 can be found in the hardware area of Wal-Mart or most hardware stores.... it's a fantasic adhesive!..
