I have started a new business selling pre-owned quilting fabric and neccessities. I am looking for feedback from quilters on how I can improve my website, make it easier to understand/use, and any other suggestions or comments. Please see me at http://www.secondchancefabrics.com. Thank you!

Good idea - my suggestions:

Put prices nearer to descriptions. For scraps, I had to add to cart before it came up

Let me get shipping price without filling out a whole sheet of information. I didn't register and did not ever find out whether shipping charges were reasonable or not.

PayPal was not listed there with Mastercard, etc. Do you accept it?

A section where people can put requests for fabrics they are looking for.

More details on how to trade in fabric.

Ah, wonderful! Thank you so much for taking the time to help me with this.

Unfortunately, I don't have total control over all the layout sections with the program I am using. I will definitely look into the price issue on the scraps though - it should show.

I will be researching on how to add a calculate shipping button of some sort. I don't know if it is possible with my program or not.

A section to request specific fabrics is a wonderful idea!

Thank you so much, I will be updating my site this next week and will hopefully be adding more info on the fabric trade-in as well.

Thank you!

For shipping, you can use the Flat Rate boxes. Those hold up to 20 pounds for one price. You'd have to go to the post office for the international rates for those.
The One Rate Envelopes hold a certain amount of weight also for something like $4. Again, you can check with post office.

People like to see what the prices are without having to click on different links. I know, I do.

Other than what is already stated, I can't think of anything else.

Yeppers! That's pretty much the first thing I check when going to a website!

Thank you so much! I'll be researching to see what I can do about the shipping charges.

Except where stated (ex. denim), are they 100% cotton. I would never buy online without knowing for sure what the fabric is.
