I didn't have any of those flower flat pins until yesterday. Now I know why everyone loves them so much.

What brand are they? Some brands are little more than ordinary pins. Some are aweful, not sharp at all or the shaft is so thin it bends. So check them out and if not up to quality, take them back before it's too late. If they are really good, go buy another box, LOL!!

I'll have to check Walgreens out for the pins. A few days ago I got some of the glue sticks at Walmart from their bins for 10 cents each. I couldn't beat the price!

I think they are pretty strong, didn't have any problem getting them thru 6 layers of cotton fabric and some felt while doing those 4 folded square mug mats (7 layers total including the felt).

Had no idea that Walgreen's would have any sewing supplies!
