Flying Geese - yet another method
 
I came across this method of making a flying geese block... works well for a small piece of work, not so sure that I would want to use it for a large quilt but most definitely worth a look:

If you fold over the triange edge give a whole dif look. Fun to do

I like to use this method as it is fun and fast; just know that you will have extra bulk when quilting. Not a problem with machine quilting on a domestic home machine, though. I also like the extra dimension that it adds. And it's a great substitute for Prairie Points.:thumbup:
