Free Motion Quilting

Have any of you purchased the Free Motion Quilting Class by Leah Day on Craftsy? I'm watching it now. She makes it look so easy. She does a very good job with this class and I highly recommend it if you are interested in FMQ. I'm not affiliated with Craftsy, just a satisfied customer.

Yes, I bought it but haven't started it yet.....after the Holidays! I love her work and save her videos. Must check in and see what some have done on it. Polly

LOVE Leah Day. Taking her class and it is great. Been following her on daystyledesigns.com for a while but I love everything in class format. Love Craftsy too.

I have watched her free videos and I do plan to take a craftsy class. I am just pondering which CRAFTSY class would be the best class to learn FMQ. On a DSM.

I watched Leah Day a LOT when I was starting to FMQ and still refer to her site for ideas on a regular basis; love her designs!

I've bought it, but haven't started it. Have you bought the fabric? I was a little disappointed about that.

I too am a highly satisfied Craftsy member. Have completed many of their FMQ classes and currently taken quite a few. I love how you can take at your liesure, which makes it opportunistic to ign up when they have specials. But, even without a special they are absolutely worth it.

Can someone tell me the advantages of the FMQ versus the free ones.

I've been thinking about getting several of their classes. but after Christmas for sure

I have signed up for a few courses & at their sale price (right now) they are pretty reasonable. Leah Day is one of the courses that I have signed up for but it will have to wait until after Christmas. Right now, if you find the right site they are on for less than $20.00 & the regular price is $40. so very reasonable but you have to find the right site as some are still listed at $30. so make sure you check the bottom line before signing up.

I have most of the Craftsy quilting classes and have learned something from each of them but the best one for Free Motion Quilting would be Leah Day's.
