Free Raggedy Ann and Andy Doll Applique Pattern
I couldn't resist sharing this link. They also have other patterns but this is precious. I think they'd be terrific, especially with a little gathering at the waist and ankles. They'd be great on a kid's pillow or quuilt and if done a little smaller as the front of a needlebook.
