thanks for the link

I love sewing binding, thanks for the site

I use a fairly similar method and find it is neater to pivot at the corners instead of coming off the quilt. I generally use a straight stitch as well. Thanks for the link.

Thanks, enjoyed that sight. Have to go back and watch the rest.

Thanks

Wow....thanks so much....she makes it so easy. Now that I've watched it I'm going to run right down to my sewing rm. and give it a try. My sewing group is making lap quilts for a nursing home, and I have one ready to go except for the binding. Which I wasn't looking forward to, but now it seems so easy.
Thanks |
thanks for the tutorial. i never thought of using a decorative stitch on the binding

I liked it too, but she didn't show how she joined the ends of the binding. I can do it, but it's my least favorite part. Wish she would've shown her method.

She does have one on how she joins the ends and its very simple. I do it the way she does it and not the hard way.

I found this one...but I do not do it like that. I will keep looking for the one I use and like. this one is using the binding tool http://www.youtube.com/user/Missouri.../1/ex2PajesRvU

She does have a way of making it look easy, doesn't she?
|
This is the best tutorial I have seen on binding.
