How to Make Ribbon Trim
 
:o I just saw this and think it is so pretty. Guess it wouldn't be too practical on a regular quilt but it would be so lovely on a crazy quilt. Would look nice on a tote bag or purse also.

Would this be too much on a plain cardigan? It looks like it could be quite effective. I guess washing would be an issue. Thanks for sharing. Your very clever.

I think it would be pretty on a cardigan. I'd make sure the ribbon was washable and colorfast before I made the trim out of it. Be worth a try to see how it worked. Or sew it on by hand and just take it off before washing.
