I was thrilled with their products but not so much anymore. Oh their products are good don't get me wrong but not so much them. I bought a cutting table from them at the Pensacola quilt show earlier this year. I asked at the time was the one they were showing the one I was purchasing? they said yes. When it was delivered it was somewhat smaller than the one I had looked at. I told them so. they didn't know what to say. I even went over to their shop and told them about it. Their answer was I could up-grade to the one I actually saw for a mear $800 more. I had already spent over $1800. I said no thanks. I should have told them to come and get it but I didn't. I do have more room on the cutting table I bought from Joann's and the large cutting mat to fit it than I have now. Lesson learned...don't buy it unless I can take it home that day.
