Is their fabric as good as a QS fabric or is it 2nds?

I'm still waiting on a free shipping event :cry: They havent had one since about February, they are going to have to have one again soon.

Their fabric is fabulous! No seconds. High quality and just beautiful designs. I buy from them all the time and their postage isn't bad either. Highly recommend.
