Do these fit all makes of rotary cutters?

Do you mean the brand of cutter? At this price I'll buy a new cutter that they will fit.
The pictures at the website shows the center hole cut out. The cutouts look generic to me. Pick the size for your cutter, either 45, 60 or 28.
