Quilt Index - great new site!
 

Someone just posted links on one of the Yahoo message boards to this fantastic new website. There are apparently thousands of images (all organized!) of quilts as well as a lot of information about them. It's really worth watching the video because there is a lot you can do with these images. Have fun!

Too funny. That's far from a "new" site. It's been around for a long time and has been referenced here often over the years.

One VERY important thing to remember about the site is that you MUST have written permission to copy any text or image on the site. It is clearly stated on every single page. All contributors retain copyright to both.

Thanks, Kat. I never seen it before and appreciate you letting us know. I don't go way back and check out all the threads posted. This is definitely one I missed. And thanks Ghost for mentioning that one has to have written permission for whatever we use off it. Good info.

I enjoyed looking at this site this morning. I liked the video on youtube as it showed how to really "dig in" to the site. Thanks.

Watching videos here at work is very lengthy, we have a slow internet connection here. We are at the end of the line, works for work things just not for watching videos. Okay since they aren't work related.
