Cutting foil also sharpens your scissors. Professional sharpening is better but this will help.

This also applies to dull scissors. Thanks for the tip.

I tried that tip on scissors and it didn't help a bit!

It might work for you, for me it just made a mess and the blade wasn't any sharper.

I just changed my blade yesterday. Going to put old one back on and try it. Thanks.
