I made myself one last year out of fleece. I made mine a little long so I can tuck it under my feet. I also put satin blanket binding on it. Old house (built in 1914), no insulation = drafty cold house. This is so comfy & warm :).

Brr, that sounds cold. We don't get TOO cold out here, but low 50's is still pretty cold to sit in... we do not turn on our wall heaters, but do have a heating dish for "emergencies". These help.

It's in the 20's here :). Furnace gets turned on early September, depending on the temps & runs into late May early June. If we get a cold day in July it'll run too. So blankets, Snugglies, Quilts are a must here.
