Here is a source for ink pads for rubber stamps with permanent fabric ink. So, if you have a rubber stamp made for quilt labels, you can use this stamp pad on muslin or whatever and it won't fade out.

And I forgot to ask -- where can you buy rubber stamps for quilt labels? That would be an excellent way to "mark" your quilts and not worry about anyone taking the label off if they steal them!

I found an online rubber stamp place and ordered and typed out what I wanted it to say. The stamp cost me $22, but it's big with 4 lines of text. I don't remember where I got it from...it's been a few months and I don't have the paperwork any more.
