I'm looking for sources/ price ranges for small hoops
for hand-quilting...
Does anyone know if a quilting hoop is
something that I can pick up at Wal-mart? Thanks!

I have a small one made of PVC, I got mine at Joanns, and used a coupon so cost me 8 dollars, I think it is about 17" square
