I came across this pattern today. Thought it was kind of interesting. I have seen a lot of quilts on here made of ties. So maybe this one could go with it.

Also, check out quiltville.com Lots of patterns on right side of page. Bonnie Hunter is queen of the thrift store shirt quilts. She also has two books currently out and they are great too.l

the pattern she came up with looks pretty neat & i like her zip, zip, & "throw the rest in a basket 'til later" idea...
& those buttons add charm to the whole thing......thanks 4 the post.

Thanks so much for sharing this site. This tutorial is great, I love that she explains how she cuts the shirts as well as giving directions for the quilt. This I have to try. I have a bunch of my hubby's outgrown shirts around here somewhere.
