Have you seen the new yo-yo templates? Maybe there not new, and I'm just behind. As I am a avid applique quilter, I found these new templates to create flowers and hearts. Same premise as the old fashion yo-yo's, except these (hard plastic) templates, aid in directing your stitching, to create a 5 petal flower, and the heart template, guides your stitching to create the heart shape. They are really cute to add 3-D to quilts.

Yes I've seen them, but I like to do them the old-fashioned way. Gives me something to do while watching tv.
