Thread: PSA for joann's shoppers with smartphones

I just posted this in a thread but thought it might be missed there, when it's good info. I found out on my last visit that there are 4 sources of coupons from Joann's, THREE of which can be accessed with a smartphone. At first I only knew about the mail flyers and the app. Then last month a cashier told me about the texts and then last week one told me about the website.

1. mail flyers
2. the joann's app
3. texts (text the word coupon to 56266)
4. the joann's website-go there on your phone and there's a coupons tab

These 4 sources may (and probably do) have different coupons, some of which are stackable, so be sure to check as many as possible when you shop.

They also send emails. I have what I call a Dumb Dumb phone (basic flip phone).

I have a dumb phone, too. Mine isn't even a flip phone. But it was free (they discontinued the network that supported my other phone) and works great. So I haven't invested in a smart phone. As little as I used mine, it works just fine.

I do get the emails and snail mail stuff, but I didn't know about the coupons tab on the website. Thanks!

There is a sign posted near the entrance at
the JoAnn here that you can scan with your smart phone and get the current coupons by text. No need to pre download or clip coupons which I usually forget.
