If you would like to see Carol Doak demonstrate her method of paper piecing, here is an opportunity!

A free episode of The Quilt Show is available through a link that is on Carol’s website, but the episode is free only through the 1/31.

This episode begins with a show & tell of Ricky Tims current projects, then primer on threads, followed by Carol Doak giving a full lesson in paper piecing and offers some great tips! Carol has a knack for making paper piecing easy.

The link for the free show is easy to spot on her page:

I just watched the entire show and it was wonderful.

Great! What happened to Alex? Looks like she can't open her eyes all the way! Goodness!

I saw it and she is fantastic. As for Alex, Hmmm...I don't care much for her. She has done a lot for the quilting world keeping alive the love for quilting, working to put up a show with fantastic guest, but I don't think she has any creativity. As for Ricky, that is another story. I love how he simplifies everything. His techniques make sense to me.

I just noticed that there is a "controller" in the window of the show which enables Fast Forward if the other topics are not of interest.
