Default Quilt Barn - downtown Puyallup, WA

Went there on Saturday and it is a really nice store. I am planning to go back next time I am here visiting - I'm not affiliated with them but if anybody is out this way give them a visit.

Haven't been to Washington state since the Seattle's World fair. Glad you had a good time.

I went to a shop in Puyallup back in 2011, but not sure you'd call it "downtown." It was next door to an elementary school where my daughter was teaching at that time. Small, but friendly shop, some nice choices. I bought the background for my butterfly quilt there, using fabrics I got in Kallispell MT on our way to Glacier National Park that same trip. Good memories.

Good Morning Ladies, I was raised in Sumner the town next to Puyallup so I've been to the Quilt Barn many times when visiting family, they always had nice fabrics & very nice people, if by there ladies stop in you'll enjoy it.

I lived in Puyallup for 5+ years in the '80s. Have a son who still lives there, and while visiting him 2 years ago, I persuaded him to take me to that shop. I was thrilled with their very large selection of fabrics -- especially their batiks, of which I am a big fan! If you're ever near there, stop in!

I've been there many times. My sister lives nearby in Fife and takes me to Quilt Barn whenever I visit, despite her not being a quilter!

My kids moved back to Ca just before she opened. Darn. I missed it

I have family in Tacoma and Fife - so guess I will be checking out this place next time I'm up there.

Thanks for the recommendation. My daughter lives in Olympia so we go through Puyallup on our way to her place. I will definitely stop in and check it out.
