For anyone who wants to try a simplified version of EQ7, Quilt Design Wizard is on sale today only for $23.96. It's a great way to get an idea what EQ can do without a big investment. I designed many quilts with QDW before graduating to EQ. And there are lots of free downloads for QDW quilt designs on the Electric Quilt website.

I have this, it's wonderful! When I first got it we lived very rural and the computer was too slow to download the different fabrics to design with. Once we moved I was able to do even more with it. It's very fun to play with!
